Best commenting plugin for Wordpress sites?

Disqus is the biggest one. I believe they serve BILLIONS of impressions per month. I would've recommended it in the past but I heard they were implementing ads in the comments for the free accounts, thus making it unsuitable for any decent blog. Their competition was IntenseDebate, not sure they're still in the business though.
