- Keitaro + good residential proxies (not perfect but lasts a few weeks)
- AdPlexity for spying + creative rotation
- Multi-accounts with aged BMs (more important than the cloaker itself)
- All cloakers get detected eventually, it's just a matter of time
- Key = fast account rotation + creative rotation
- FB Ads for affiliate is nearly dead, many are moving to native ads or TikTok
- Go white hat with compliant landers and farm organic traffic
- Or test TikTok/Snapchat - detection is less aggressive for now

Hi, I have newly joined makecall by thinking that i will earn good but by running simple google ads with my account i am facing issues like if i run a campaigns it get approval in 3 to 5 days but till then the offer is paused or disabled so how can i earn in this way.

they violate Meta/Google policies and are very risky. Focus instead on compliant landing/content practices and strong tracking to avoid getting flagged.
