Best cloaker soft for simple use

There are no cheap and simple cloakers that work. You get it wrong and your site is gone and then it cost you more than you'd spend on a decent cloaking solution.
If you just want to redirect by IP then you can probably just search google itself for a PHP script, but be warned: that's the oldest trick in the book and if caught your site is gone.

Noob and cloaker do not really go together...
Also, IP delivery only is very dangerous these days. The search engines and ad networks all use spiders, shadow bots, manual inspectors, and partners. A simple IP list alone is not enough with any major search engine or network. With foreign engines, yes it can be enough. But not for Googe and the other major engines and ad networks.

And so what is your solution ? After i don't really mind if search engines can see it, because i use churn and burn technics. But i want use the best technic anyway, i want to learn the right way to do it. Maybe tomorrow i will have to change my technic.

What you're seeing is the "safe" page, and not the "real" one. This is the cloaking effect
