Currently got 10 websites in the works that im about to purchase domains for.

What is the best location to get my hosting? Im gettin my domains from godaddy but the hosting there is too expensive.

Don't use GoDaddy. There is an ongoing boycott of GoDaddy since they support Internet censorship (which would destroy all SEO business, as well).

I've heard good things about namecheap.

hostwinds was by far the cheapest when I was looking around christmas time. They posted 30% off coupons in a thread here on BHW, and they are the ones that host BHW so.... feels like giving back a little

Justhost is cool but recently, a lot of people complained that their sites got hacked so you should consider this before buying their service.
