There are no useful cheap tools for one time payment.
At first, if you are low budget, you can try the trials of each tool. If you like to work and have a powerful pc, you can do a good job with the free trials at first...
If you search on this forum, are many tools that offers free trials.

The best free tools are your hand, a ruler, a pencil, and a list of sites. But this is not as fast as automated tools. However, it has the advantage that it does not expire like trial programs so that you have the site and password list when you would not with the trial programs.
