Yoast (free stuff), Keyword Everywere (without tokens), Keyword Surfer (free stuff), most importantly Google tools (all free) is more then you need
 
Google Analytics.
Google Keyword Planner.
Google Search Console.
Screaming Frog.
Ahrefs
SEMRush
 
If you are looking for cheap SEO tool, then my recommendation would be to group buy SEMRush. I used to buy SEMRush at its original price when I didn't knew there was something like Group Buy, but now I buy it for just 10 bucks a month :)

Ahrefs and semrush ara best tools for SEO.
Ahrefs is also expensive but semrush is cheaper tool
 
1.GSA search engine ranker - for automated link building ( I know its famouse for black hat but simply its a automated tools all you need is high quality targets and content. now its easy with OpenAI
2.Scrapebox - Its for everything on page to off page. Its a life safer as its a swiss army knife
3. Majestic or Ahrefs for backlinks / Keyword analysis
4. GSA Content Gen or Seo content machine to fill up all the fields.

Brain and latest SEO updates with guts!

Some cost-effective SEO tools are Ubersuggest, SE Ranking, and Google Search Console (free).
 
sem rush 30days trial, enough for do everything you need to start with or learn basics. Ahref much better than semrush, i used it both, DR is much precise than DA. Buy se rank for kws, that is good stuff and later wincher for kw rankings. Basicly this 3 are enough for every SEO worker . Ubersuggest is good but only for some... bigger picture what is happening on some site, and not to much accurate. Keep in mind that real traffic can be only seen from google search console, these tools are not 100% precise, but these tools have use in kw research and checking competitors (backlinks etc).
