yeah I can upload to other torrent site just some I can, And I dont think so cause I a member at ipt and I can login to their site and download from it with my vps but cant upload, but other torrent sites work perfectly.

Seed.ST does not allow public trackers. So, if you are uploading your torrents to websites like piratebay/seedpeer, they will take your torrents down/terminate seedbox account.
