Best cheap proxies

I have been using proxies for a few accounts, but now i am scaling the numbers of them.
So would really need cheap and working proxies in bulk.
Some cheap proxies i tried are either flagged for certain features like f/u or publishing images.
I am looking to get the cheapest possible, but "clean" proxies.

Anyone inputs here would be super helpful!

not really a strong pref as long as they do their job.
