Seriously I'm testing with many webs hosting company like BlueHost, Hostgator, Milesweb and blaa blaa blaa, but no one cheaper then YouStable, They offer shared hosting plans at $10 per year with 99% server uptime. if you don't believe, you can Google and check them and compare.

I think going with NameCheap was a good choice and probably today is the best way to get it to those who needs it because of the BlackFriday sale. But if you have few more $$ roughly around $120 per year and I think that's in between few $$ that you mentioned above I suggest CloudWays very decent service.

I am using their VPS for streaming music and it's working great.
I've tested Hostinger VPS, but this Contabo is pure gem.
