Work with revenue- so I'm searching for the best geo's to get the biggest revenue

Biggest revenue countries are typically tier 1's. Although if you plan to go the SEO route I suggest to not target these as they're a lot more competitive.

All "rich" European countries are at the top i.e Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Germany etc. etc.
USA, Canada, NZ and Australia are also among the top casino geo's.

Heard a lot of good things about Scandinavia. But be ready to spend hell of a lot of money. Cause really big affilate boys are fighting on this market. Few years ago I was working on guys from Ukraine who were developing a empire of websites. The budgets already were Astronomical... and that was I guess 2016.

Big guys are spending 10's of thousands of dollars in links alone. That puts it in the ballpark for you

I'll spend about 60k month and I know it's going to take 12 months before it goes big.

We are talking about the xxx,xxx budgets. You also need to understand how they operate. They don't start 1 website. They create a bunch of sites from the start. 3 or wouldn't be profit and will go as a part of PBN or 301 reditrects to those that will perform best.

Huge high quality PBN networks that's operates on a splendid diverse infrastructure on different servers. Always are buying drop domains.

So from that point of view... maybe will be little bit easier to start on markets like Vietnam, Brazil, Colombia.
There are also operating some big dogs. But most of them are focused on money TIER 1 markets. Also the costs are smaller. Content is native norwegian language COSTS hell of a lot. I think in some cases ROI is good. But that's we are talking about organic traffic. There is other ways... paid ads (some networks), cloaking Google Ads and Facebook, now that my previous teammates are creating Facebook Apps to attract affilates.

You should be creative. That niche is very competitive.
