For the basic recaptcha captchas, use human based solving, there are plenty out there.
However, if you need a large amount and fast response time, about 500 ms you might want to look at a software based approach.
Imho human based solvin are only worth it when the site checks for the incorract rate (wich many acutally do) thus a high accuracy is required. Else its just too much money when software can do it cheaper and faster and without hickups in availability

I had read some good reviews about captchas ocr also found them good in their free service offer back in june / july and in september
Now i have paid them and waiting for my dedicated 200 per min captcha solutions server
