You can check out stripe's terms of use or reach out to stripe's support to know a business you can start that will not go against their terms.
E commerce and store front retail businesses they only don’t ban at the moment.
From my understanding any business with low dollar amounts per transaction will suffice

Ecommerce... selling some shit from alibaba/aliexpress/etsy is fine.
Or sell a digital service.... but regardless - if you have lots of disputes or refunds, they will shut you down.
They did that with my account... took us like 4 months and a lawyer to get them to release the money they owed. They were trying to steal it. So be careful if you're doing anything black hat (as in cloaking / anything against their terms) or will be in an niche where people request lots of refunds/start lots of disputes.
