Hello,

I have a domain that is somewhat at risk because my business is unstable but not illegal (no adult content). There are very few competitors in my industry, but they try their best to eliminate competition by filing false complaints.

My domain was initially blocked by One.com, but I managed to unblock it three days later by proving that the complaint was submitted using a domain that was impersonating an identity. Last week, I transferred my domain to Hostinger, but it was blocked the next day due to another complaint.

Hostinger sent me an email stating that they are allowing me to transfer my domain without having to wait 60 days, but they do not allow me to use the domain on their platform, so I am forced to transfer it elsewhere.

Since this is a .com domain, do you know of a good registrar that can withstand false blocking attempts? I have seen many people mention Nicenic, http://bizcn.bpname.cc/, and https://bpw.sc/. Which one would you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

What are your competitors using? You may find out what are their domain registrars and use the same one

Recently, a few of my domains got suspended. I checked my top competitor and saw that he was using EuroDNS, so I moved my remaining domains there. But a few days later, all our sites got suspended too and I am saying our because his domains got suspended too. I guess I’m just bringing bad luck with me lol

You're a genius, Rich! :p

I heard a lot about you guys but your site is somehow not accessible for me

I just wanted to add a story to this question. :D

The late 2010s and 2020s have been a comeback to random US registrars being somewhat bulletproof for domain blacklists.

Just an example: Namecheap. I have used them before that time and they always blocked my site because of some blacklists, nowadays they don't block for any of the available domain blacklists.

I use Namesilo for all my undercover plans - paid with Bitcoin.

.com are controlled by US, I recommend you get ccTLD that are not from US and EU. So check out https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/offshore-domains-a-simple-guide-to-you.1693129/

They suspend domains because of people scumbag who have done bad stuff like dox or scam, phishing, ddos attack. It's the same as Njalla.

Both are good domain registrations.

Warez/Piracy, streaming was never suspended, I had experience and no issue with Namesilo many years ago

I got my domains banned and I ain't done none of the shii you just mentioned.

So be happy you haven't encountered a problem yet and don't act like you know everything.

I am sure I have been with Namesilo way longer than you and purchased more domains from them than you and I am warning any one doing grey hat shii to move their domains from them before it's too late.

I had Namesilo for 8 years, too. That's very odd. Yesterday, I noticed someone had been suspended from Njalla.

It's not very odd—NameSilo just started to no longer tolerate certain types of websites a few months ago. It's that simple. We enjoyed doing business with them all these years, but now it's over. If your competitor report you to NameSilo, you are done.

Njalla has always been known for making domains suddenly disappear. You can check the forum—many people have complaints about them. However, personally, I have a few domains with them and have never encountered an issue so far.

I recommend researching customer reviews and support quality for registrars like Nicenic, Bizcn, and BPW to ensure they handle disputes effectively, as the best choice depends on your specific needs and experiences.

Nicenic and Bizcn have a good reputation so far, but I've never heard of BPW, so thank you for recommending them.
