Best Bulk RSS Submitter??

Any suggestions on the best Bulk RSS Submitter??
I took a look at Ksofts rss submit and it looks ok but gets expensive with all the plugins you have to buy just to get the full list of rss sites and the ability to import urls. I dont mind the price tag if its actually good software but wondering if there are any better options.

Also any suggestions on a good automated article poster?

I use Rss Submit but i find that alot of the submission are successful i don't see the feeds on the sites later. It submits 65 in like 7 minutes fully automatic. The only traffic success i see is from the aggregrator rss directory that they own. So go figure. If anyone else is having a success let me know.
