Hello, I have an email list of potential leads that I was given for my business but don't know what the best option out there is. I would like a service that will clean my list prior to sending (if possible). I did a quick G search and found multiple companies but sites like Aweber, mailchimp, etc all require an opt-in prior to sending out mail. Is there a reputable company out there that will allow me to just pay a monthly fee and have them send out the emails for me without requiring all the opt-in BS? Thanks in advance.

Companies that offer that services are rarely reputable, due to the fact that what they are doing is illegal.

Seriously, you're better off getting a simple linux server with cPanel that allows a mailing list. You can clean up your list by adding a receipt for open, then going from there. I haven't done this before, but I'm sure it would work.

I have used mycleanlist for cleaning the emails and these guys are cheapest I could find.... Also i am happy with their service... I am not affiliate or reseller of them.... I am giving just information...

Your best bet would be buying a low end VPS. Look at lowendbox.com for best vps deals. Then install a mailing script. Dont forget to setup DKIM and rDNS and then you are good to go. You can mail easy 50k/day

If somebody need to build their mass bulk email server or already have it and need some guideline in order to get higher inbox.
I can analyse the following sections and guide you if you need to tweak the configuration in PowerMTA smtp server.
- smtp and bounce patterns
- generate full html base daily performance report so you can see ( bounces, delivered, ip blocked, ip statistics)
- bounce process
- feed-back-loop process
- dummy smtp setup to free and utilize the connection from bad domain connection
- spf, dkim, rdns records
- cold-ips (warm-up ip process)
- rotations of ips
- auto disable ip once it get listed in rbl
- re-routes all emails from bad ips to good ips
- configuration of multiple domains and assign limited ips to each domain
- email subject, contents spins (in Interspire).
- build multiple email injectors to single smtp server

You need to get a good email scrubber tool first to get rid of bad emails that will cause a big bounce rate, then use a company like iContact which will allow you to upload a list without opt-in confirmation, just make sure your first email out doesn't result in a high spam complaint rate otherwise you'll get your account suspended..
