Best bulk email marketing software?

I got a mobile users list I want to send bulk emails now. I don't know any good bulk email software. Can you guys please recommend me any? I want to have bounce email handler

I like sendy.co but it handles email bounce with Amazon only. Amazon will block me if they see too many email bouncing.

I use a dedicated server with PHPlist on it, this is for 1 million + emails monthly.

PHPlist once set-up is just as good as any paid server you can get in my opinion.

You could set it up on a VPN if needed, easily done if you know what your doing and can save some money in the long run.

Others may have other ideas just what works for me.

Thanks snoopdogg1 for sharing your method. Can you tell me more about VPN please? Is this something you send emails from your computer? Does PHPList remove bounced emails from the list?

sorry meant VPS , yes PHPlist does it all, just a quick Google and you can see all the features yourself.
