okey thanks for replyi know u ll say that make a research.. so i did it and found amny of them but im asking for the most seo friendly 1.
No one can tell you that for sure and it depends on the site. For example, with thumblogger you have full control over the template so you can make it far more SEO friendly. You're more limited with most of the ones that use WP MU.

what if i am looking to host myself? would WP still work ok?
i want full control with my domains. i don't like the idea of
building up my network and then getting screwed. i'm not
saying they would do that, but by relying on 3rd party I
leave that possibility...
