I want to incorporate a log into my Go Daddy web builder account. What is the best blog builder that I could use? I want something that's going on like neat and presentable into website that I have currently. Really appreciate any feedback.

There is no "uniqueness" bonus for not using Wordpress. It's a push button install for most hosts, has plugins (mostly free) that can turn it into a full CMS system or add whatever functionality you like and has tens of thousands of free themes. Also if you ever get stuck, hacked, need something coded bespoke = the internet is full of people who can help you or have resources for you to help yourself.

Simple so as to not make life harder than it needs to be - use Wordpress to begin with at least.
