most ppl who ask that mean stuff like fake listings, review farms, spammy citations, PBNs and click farms. yeah some of that can push local rankings fast, but it comes with a huge risk — account suspensions, listing removals, manual penalties, legal headaches. not worth it long term imo. if you want quick wins that are low risk, try these instead:

• clean up your GMB profile, add photos, categories and services
• fix NAP consistency across top citations
• local schema + concise title/meta targeting the city
• quick outreach for local links (sponsors, local blogs)
• run small geo ads to capture traffic while organic stabilizes
