Best bitcoin wallet

and localbitcoins for exchange.
If you're making one-off purchases every now and then in order to cash out to fiat then Localbitcoins is the solid. But as an "exchange", like a place you'll regularly buy and sell crypto - not ideal from a few different points of view (fees higher, trades way slower).

If you want to use a good, reliable exchange - go with Binance. What everyone has said about leaving crypto in exchanges longterm is right.. but at the same time I've kept fairly decent amounts at Binance for fairly long periods of time in the past without stressing about it. They were hacked last year already to the tune of $40M - they covered everything, traders lost nothing.

Not saying to go ahead and store 20 BTC in Binance for the next 5 years, but at the same time don't freak out about keeping funds there for days/weeks. Best bet is Trezor + transfer out to an exchange like Binance when you want to trade - I switched to hardware wallets a while back and wouldn't switch back now.. it's well worth the $60/$200 you pay for one.

Try Trezor, Ledger, Electrum, i would not hold/store your bitcoins on exchanges like Coinbase/Bitfinex, etc

Use a cold wallet, if you are going to hold or not move a lot your cryptos, you can buy a ledger or tezos one.

Hi, any experience with the best and safest bitcoin wallet as I'm looking to get into it?
Currently I'm considering bitpay, coinbase and localbitcoins.
Good rates and safety are important. Would be nice to get a credit card so I can use the bitcoins from ATM's or something too.

I also thinking Coinbase is nice. its easy to use and so far pretty secure to me.
