Best BH vs. WH Method For Increasing SERPS?

First off the reason I have put this in the Blackhat section is because with every WhiteHat method this is a BlackHat Alternative,

So currently Im trying to hopefully find out the Best WH & BH Method for increasing SERPS.

What would you say is the best method from the following list is at the moment for increasing serps?

Directory Submission
Article Submission
Video Submission (YouTube etc..)
Social Bookmarking (Digg etc..)
Social Networking (facebook/twitter etc..)
Commenting (Blogs, Forums, Yahoo etc..)
Link Wheels

Also are there Vitial methods that I have missed? if yes please mention them.

Obviously I know that a combination of the above is the best as its common sense,

However Im trying to find the current Best Methods as I dont want to waste my time concentrating on a method that no longer brings results.. hopefully that gets the point accross

Method: Commenting

WH: I have had great sucess with manually commenting on blogs / forums recently with a fake signature linking to my site, which has increased my serps by 1 - 2 positions over the last few weeks.

BH: I have also had great sucess with Xrumer which is the BH Alternative in my opnion, my erps have increased by up to 10 positions over the past week.


Looking forward to your input guys, hopefully this thread can be a good reference for those looking at both sides of the coin

I think you are doing great and i don't see any reason as to why you should be woried. If i was you i would mix both b.h and w.h if you can score page rank 2 i think you can score page rank 3,4,5. Just keep doing what you are doing. You can use backlink watch.com to find more place where your competitors are commenting on.

You seem to have decided that manual comment spam is white hat. If something is prohibited in google's terms of service, I would call it blackhat. Google prohibits serp manipulation attempts. Comment spam is a serp manipulation attempt, as are linkwheels. I've had a good time messing up google's serps with both methods. If you saw the terrible state of some of the serps I've targetted, you wouldn't call me white hat!

Pure white hat is when you rely on content, paid links and organic links.

After reading my above thread I know what I was trying to get out but its gone slightly off track.

I should have been more clear in that I am trying to find out which of the above methods are causing the most impact on serps (add yours if not mentioned) at the moment and if there is a blackhat tool in relation to that method.

Examples:

I have had some good sucess with commenting on forums / blogs etc... manually and even better sucess using Xrumer BH Tool.

or I have had good sucess with manual directory submissions, however not tried or tried and failed with X tool?


So overall trying to find which method or tool / balckhat or whithat method people are finding makes the most impact to serps at the moment

comment spam/Linkwheel- pure black hat

link farms are awesome!

Wh; Article submission in top article directory worked best for me.
Bh: Not tried too much but Xrumer seems good option.
