Guys whats the best Bank ? Wise, Revolut, N26, or Bunq? I am from Europe, but i would Like to have a Bank outside Europe, but i don't know if i could be accepted, plus i am no Expert on this

for me N26 because that is a full bank in Germany and regulated by the German bank authorities.

I'm using Revolut for a couple years and it's working very well, nothing to complain about. Payoneer can also be helpful, not a bank, but it can work to receive payments.
Wise randomly banned my account, I can't recommend them.

Revolut is now the biggest neobank in Europe, over $45B in market value, over 60m clients, many of them probably move thousands of even millions of dollars monthly, that's not a big deal for such a huge bank.

no bank will say no for that they just afraid if you are a scammer so they just need to make sure you are not
