Best backup data plugin on Wordpress

Hi,

It's hard to choose the best backup data plugin. Can you recommend me?

I'm using Wordpress 3.0.1 with Multisite. I need a plugin which backup all data (such as posts, tags, categories and all other plugin data) in 1 blog. It means I don't need backup all data of all blogs.

Backupbuddy works for me. They don't directly support multi user but claim it does work. Checkout the FAQ and tutorials on there site.
