Scrapebox and GSA both have indexing addons/plugins I believe. I've been having success with Speed Links, though.

the page you provided says you can ping 50 pages at the same time, but the form only accepts 10 at the same time. I registered and created a free account, still 10. how many are you able to submit at the same time?
