I wouldn't say their are 'best' kinds of backlinks per say, but if you backlink a youtube video like you would a website you'll see awesome results. No matter what some people say, backlinking can also can give you a big boost in YT serps as well as Google Serps.

Well backlinks don't matter if you want to rank in youtube serps.You just need views likes subs and comments.
But if you want to rank for google the type of your backlinks don't even matter.Just get as many as you can with 80% kw density and you will rank easily

Within YouTube's search, backlinks don't have an effect. On Google, use Social Bookmarks.
I have been adding some Facebook shares using add me fast to see if it affects my video...My video has jumped from page #5 on google to page # 2...It's hard to tell if the social signals, high retention views or back links caused this jump (probably a combination of everything) but I am going to keep applying all three of those and see what happens...

smartly thinking i dont thing backlink matters for youtube video lol only for google thing of it like this "google has billion of pages and websites on it with different domain and they dont know which one they think is the best so they decided to use backlinks and others but youtube has an internal ranking because it owns all the videos on it and it can decide from the internal ratings" still confused meditate on my words and i'm not speaking as an seo expert but has an ordinary youtuber
