Google nuked anything that smells like "automation bot" years ago - you either look human or you get clipped before inbox even loads.

People still doing volume spin up ugly stacks with residential proxies + real browser automation + warmup, anything advertised as "Gmail creator" is a meme.

If you want funny answer: best bot is a bored human in a third world cafe, second best is Playwright sweating behind 10 layers of fingerprints.
 
Very hard to automate creating gmails. I would purchase them and save yourself the trouble

Two options:
1) Self-hosted - not a big deal. You just need a webserver and mailserver/service.
2) As a service. Nice for small volumes and no tech-skills required, but can become costly for larger volumes.

Other than that, just load the emails (plus names and other information, if available), create your campaign and start it. It's quite easy and very powerful for digital marketing beyond pure SMTP-spam.

"“Not a big deal” for self-hosted? For tiny lists yes, SaaS is effortless.But scale to 10k+ contacts or serious campaigns and the “easy” services start bleeding you dry with crazy pricing, sudden suspensions & zero real control.


Self-hosted (Mautic/Listmonk + good SMTP setup) costs way less long-term and you actually own your deliverability — but yeah, it takes some setup effort.


Tiny volume → service is fine.Real marketing → self-hosted wins.

If for sending, better to buy ready made aged accounts.
