If there are throwaway/quick sites why not. Best to use ti in conjunction with cloacking. I only use my own custom built generators but I know people who have success even with stuff like OpenBH.

Are you ok with a very good spinner as a content generator, or do you absolutely need it to be able to do it without any article input?
