Best article submitting software?.

sic files are easy to make
just add the urls and create one within the software - just forget which tab it is but you will see it.
you need to save for AMR as it is way better
but like anything these softwares are only as good as the lists you have to submit too.

in my opinion AMR is the best 
i agree with this as I've been used this tool for over then 2 years. So far so good just need to have self hosted domain email for registration
