At present AMR is best ? People are complaining that it is crashing? Can we consider buying AMR is safe investment?

A lot of people here have suggested AMR, as it should be expected. The problem I have with AMR is that it's becoming impossible to create a good list for submitting. Most people that use AMR also use Scrapebox which basically meas that most of the directories have already been found and spammed to death.
I won't discuss the effectiveness of AMR because I haven't used it for a while so I don't know what the current status it but when I left it off that was a major problem.
This isn't really a problem with AMR though, it's a problem of quantity vs quality. If you want to submit to quality directories there will always be a choice, but if you rather just want to submit spam and count on numbers your choices are limited because no matter how many directories are created as long as they're public they'll be spammed to death within a few months if not sooner.

I also go with AMR.
It does not matter if your site is spammed to death by someone else. The only thing that matters is that "YOU" don't spam it to death as well and take all the link juice you can before the site owners shut it down.
I have AMR, I have Scrapebox. But lately I found out that scrapebox is not the answer to AMR site list.. Google is..
Here's what I do with my AMR site list
Search google with this keyword
"There are 2..999999 published articles and 100..99999 registered authors in our article directory" July 16, 2012
The date should be 2 days from TODAY's date so you will get the list that is indexed and approved by google. I do this everyday and I am adding 50+ directories on AMR which is a good stable upward movement for my site list. Then get the source code and upload it to AMR. It has the function to filter out the source code on any given pages.
Of course some of this will get down in a couple of days, weeks or months but it's ok I add 50 a week 30 goes down still I get updated every day. It will just take you 30 minutes a day Max to do this
