both wordai and the best spinner are good for tier 2 content, it doesn't actually matter as you'll get the approx index ratio at the end (at least for me)

I have seen quite a few responses and votes for WordAI. I like the idea of the API. Has anyone used this to automate content from your high ranking competitors and how has that worked out for you?
