For content spinners, you can go with Spin Rewriter or WordAI or whatever fits your needs and for human written content, I suggest you check iWriter or some good gig on Fiverr.

I use a combination of several tools -
1) I scrape for articles using Scrapebox's article plugin (the paid version), and
2) Using the scraped articles, in use Get Article (the old tool) to randomly catch sentences from those articles, and build/form a new article from that
3) I use Get Article to then inject keywords here and there onto the new article
4) Use Scrapebox's article plugin to convert article into spintax form
5) Churn our spinned articles
6) Use spinned articles and convert it back to readable articles or if your poster supports spintax, then just post those to the sites.
