Just wondering what is the best article re-writer that is out now?

Not sure about a software but I would like to inform you that I am a proficient content writer and rewriter.
 
I tried a few a couple of years ago, and they were not that good. If you are going for blogs that no one will actually read, then one might come in handy. But if you want something human-readable, software rewriters don't cut it, imo.
 
I don't know if this is a popular opinion here, so I don't mean any harm, but you could always try posting things on mTurk. You're not expected to pay a lot and will most likely get it all accomplished at a very cheap rate, since it's just rewriting.
 
You are looking for a software. But it is true that there is no software that can do better than any human.
So if you can hire quality people that would be much better than to using any software.

For manual providers, I couldn't say.
 
I swear by The Best Spinner - It is crazy functional and you can set protected words so that it does not replace your keywords. It also has a quick change option and will allow you to re-write using "everyone's favorites" with the settings of Good, Better and Best... The mid range settings give you 30-45% unique and with some minor editing can give you something that is totally readable for real visitors and not just Google.
 
Spin Rewriter if you're using it for marketing. It'll get you 90% there for article directories.
 
Spinnerchief works for me, and there is all kinds of custom and user-made thesaurus to download, but the good ones (for other languages etc.) usually cost.
 
The one that I like the most is the best spinner, I had the best results with it, totally worth it.

You can try 2 methods:
1. Using software: The Best Spinner.
2. Google Translator Service.
 
I think no software can do any good quality rewrite. best you own do it manually.
