I've used Article Builder and Article Forge. I'm going to try some others. What do you use to create articles for tiered SEO? My concern is that I'm going to put these on web 2.0 sites and they will eventually get shut down for spam. I'd like to have articles that appear to be written by a person. But, I'm not sure any of these article generators are capable of that.

You can hire some cheap-ass writer for tier 1 links but Google is not yet to place where they can determine very good whether the content is auto-generated or not. Unless they do a manual check of course, but automatically? I doubt it as last year there was a dude who ranked in Google for a month with lorepsum content.
