Hi.

TL;DR - UK Ecommerce site needs some help and advice.

I have a UK Ecommerce site (wardrobes and garage storage), its be going for long time 7+ years, traffic is low.

No success on Facebook ads
Small success on Google paid Ads
Good success on organic
Good repeat customers.
Lots of traffic from Pinterest Ads

I am now thinking backlinks and content about the usefulness for shelving and storage in Garages and Homes.

My product is niche (I guess) as its easy fix, low DIY, high quality, well priced.

It has a rivals obviously but I seem to be able to hold my own against them.

Whats the best approach here? Buy a SEO package, break it down to content, social, SEO, Links?

I am open to ideas, advice.

Thank you.

It looks like you're off to a solid start. I'd suggest focusing on organic search by optimizing your website for keywords, creating quality content, and building backlinks. Don't give up on social media either - experiment with different platforms to find what resonates with your audience. If you need some extra guidance, hiring a professional could be a smart move.

The best approach for an Ecommerce site would depend on several factors such as the nature of the products or services offered, the target audience, the budget, and the business goals. However, here are some general best practices that you can follow:
  1. User-friendly interface: The Ecommerce site should have a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy for customers to browse products, add items to cart, and checkout.
  2. Mobile optimization: The site should be optimized for mobile devices, as more and more customers are using their smartphones and tablets to shop online.
  3. High-quality product images: The site should feature high-quality product images that showcase the details and features of each product.
  4. Easy checkout process: The checkout process should be simple and straightforward, with clear instructions and minimal steps.
  5. Secure payment options: The site should offer secure payment options such as credit cards, PayPal, or other popular payment gateways.
  6. Customer service: The site should have a reliable and responsive customer service team that can handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  7. Search engine optimization: The site should be optimized for search engines to increase visibility and attract more traffic.
  8. Marketing: The site should have a robust marketing strategy that includes social media, email marketing, and other channels to drive traffic and sales.
  9. Analytics: The site should be equipped with analytics tools that can track visitor behavior, conversion rates, and other important metrics to help optimize the site for better performance.
  10. Testing and optimization: The site should be continually tested and optimized to improve user experience, increase sales, and achieve business goals.
