Hello,

Due to the pandemic, I am now only working from home and will do, I guess for the remainder of the year. However, I am having a hard time getting distracted with productivity as I see myself playing games, watching youtube, browse social media and such on my computer and eventually, waste time without nothing getting accomplished in a day.

It's frustrating. To be honest, this is something new to me because i usually work in an office setup where you have the vibe to literally just work and work.

I wanted to ask what productivity apps are some of you are using that works. Like a time locking app to lock a certain game in my PC for a certain period and only let me play it in the weekends or else my PC will show the blue screen of death (pun intended)

Thank you all so much for the help!

I don't think that any app will you make productive by itself. There has to be the will to actually do something, you need to get head right first. You can use the pomodoro technique to give yourself some breaks in order to do something else, Be Focussed is a great app that can help you with that.

I use a google chrome addon called webtracker, and it tracks the time you spend in each tab. Pretty interesting to check back on what you did work wise everyday

Time doctor and trello, that is what i use.
