Hey, did you find anything? Also looking for chargeback prevention tools

There are some apps like Chargeflow (based on artificial intelligence) or NoFraud, and they're pretty good at preventing chargebacks. But with replicas, you should be careful using these services because they could get your Shopify account banned.

How could using them get the account banned?

These apps may:
  1. Report your store to Shopify for selling prohibited items
  2. Flag your transactions as high-risk due to the nature of your products
  3. Create a paper trail that makes it easier for Shopify to identify policy violations

i belive the best practise, is to use chargefloww app, moreover to communicate and deal with customers directly via emails, as that s the only way to do it, to keep ur payment processor as long as possible, by offering clients arround 20 up to 50% refunds for them to close cases, and ofc u send them that from ur bank acc not as a refund from shopify, cuz that would increase ur refund rate which would cause the closure of ur payment processor as well)

Chargebacks on replicas are tough, especially with increased scrutiny in 2026! Several advanced fraud detection platforms have become much more effective at analyzing transaction behavior and mitigating disputes, they go beyond basic tools like Disputifier. Consider exploring other options, along with strengthening your product descriptions to clearly state they’re replicas and emphasizing customer understanding of the item's nature.

For better protection, look into Signifyd or NoFraud. They offer 'chargeback guarantees' where they cover the loss if a fraudulent order passes through their system, which is much more reliable than just dispute management.

Chargebacks on 'reps' are kinda a given; most apps like signifyd help with general fraud detection, but for that specific product type, you're probably gonna keep hitting this wall regardless of the app
