Hi everyone,

In order to get original content non-AI generated, I intend to do the following:
Copying articles from a website in a "minor" language.
Translating into English language using Deepl.
Analyzing the translated article with an anti-plagiarism tool. Then I could avoid being penalized by Google. If the tool detects plagiarism, then I'd edit manually.

What anti-plagiarism tool do you recommend?

To clarify, the tool is needed because sometimes some authors copy articles in English and translate to "minor" languages. So if I translate them back, then Google will detect plagiarism.

Use Copyscape Pro for quick URL checks. Grammarly’s plagiarism tool works well for full documents.

Google is smarter than most people realize, so it's a good idea to plan ahead, buddy. I would suggest Copyscape for fast scans and originality if you want reliable plagiarism checks. AI for more thorough inspections (particularly useful for mixed material including AI and humans). Additionally, use Grammarly's plagiarism detection function twice; it's a really useful tool. Just keep in mind that even translated material may have an impact. The key is manual editing after detection. Be careful out there.

Your approach makes sense for repurposing content, but you’re right to be cautious. Translating from lesser-used languages doesn't guarantee originality. For plagiarism checking, tools like Quetext, PlagScan, and Copyscape Premium are solid. Originality.ai is also good if you want both plagiarism and AI detection in one place.
No tool is perfect though. Best to use them as filters, then rewrite or rephrase key parts to ensure uniqueness. Google focuses on value and originality, not just passing a scan.

Here are the top anti-plagiarism tools I recommend in 2025:
  1. Turnitin – Best for academic use; very accurate and widely trusted by schools and universities.
  2. Grammarly Premium – Great for writers; checks grammar and plagiarism together.
  3. Quetext – Easy to use, solid detection, and good for bloggers/content creators.
  4. Copyscape – Ideal for web content; checks if your pages are being copied online.
  5. Plagscan – Good for businesses and academics; GDPR-compliant and detailed reports.
If you're a student or academic: Turnitin.
If you're a content writer/blogger: Grammarly or Quetext.
If you're protecting your site: Copyscape.

For plagiarism detection, Copyscape Premium is still a solid go-to, especially for web content. Originality.ai is another one worth checking it catches both AI-generated and plagiarized content, and handles translations pretty well.

But heads-up: even with clean scans, Google’s algorithms are getting better at detecting paraphrased or spun content. A little human touch in rewriting goes a long way.

There are many tools in the market. You may go through Copyscape.

I used a lot of tools for this purpose. But at the end, COPYSCAPE is best for me.

Use Copyscape Premium or Originality.AI to check if translated content exists in English and avoid Google penalties.

The best anti-plagiarism tools are:

  • Turnitin – Trusted by academics, very accurate.
  • Grammarly Premium – Checks for plagiarism and improves writing.
  • Quetext – Good balance of accuracy and ease of use.
