everything ends up kinda dissapointing after a while ngl , but from what we have now I can recommend the big titles like jujutsu kaisen, demon slayer, chainsaw man
old titles like bleach , tokyo ghoul ,
and if you want something good that not everyone heard of : promised neverland , classroom of the elite

There's also one interesting I've found recently (non-fantasy/sci-fi) "Kotaro Lives Alone" - it's about a 5 year old that literally lives alone. It's a mix of funny and sad over and over.
