Best and Cheapest Hosting?

Hey guys,

I'm interested to know whats the best hosting and the cheapest hosting? I'm not planning to launch a site, just want to do some practice with web designs so performance is not a major factor here. Thank you in advance!

Why do you even suggest him paid hosting. All he wants to do is some practice. Go to 000webhost or infinityhost. They are free and you can host some small sites. Speeds are decent too.

Checked infinityfree. After 1 day my site was suspended due to huge ammount of traffic and they suggested me to update to a paid plan. Thanks for the suggestions, tho.
