Best and cheapest content locker for those NEW to content locking?

I've got an idea for some content locking. I want to lock a blog post, and of course want to make the customer go through one or more incent allowed CPA offers. The problem is I'm not sure what's out there as far as content locking , and how to have a system that "knows" if the customer has indeed completed the offer before handing off the password to the content.
