Hello guys, what's your opinion on amazon affiliate themes, anyone knows what's the most useful one out of all? Thanks!

I think rehub is a good one. It is also promoted on the Amazon blog.

I suggest you rehub why because it has many features like Frequent automatic updates etc...

The only good thing I see about Rehub is the fact that it brings a lot of "equipment" to make your affiliate site very colorful. The problem is that, like it happens with most Themeforest themes, the support is poor and is not a Elementor friendly theme
Rehub used to go with WPBakery in the past and was recommended by Amazon, but this was something like 5 years ago where most themes were underdeveloped in terms of affiliation
Nowadays with AAWP and a solid theme like Hello, Astra, OceanWP or Generatepress you can do a better performing site which is going to be really important in 2020-2021 for SEO purposes.
And if you can code confidently, I would choose Genesis which is highly customizable and the best performant.

But if you want to create a thousand mini affiliate site, Rehub will be fine. Not the cheapest though.

Fully agreed. Generatepress is a lightning fast bastard which is important for google.

Rehub

Rehub has been compatible with Elementor almost a year now.
Works perfectly fine for me.

I would suggest ReHub because it is a perfect website template for price comparison sites, multi-vendor stores, amazon product reviews, affiliate marketing and smart affiliate plugins ever.

Rehub has been compatible with Elementor almost a year now.

There are thousands of Elementor themes out there. But the reality is that most mess up with core styles and they don't give a s*** about solving these issues and Rehub is one of those.
Nowadays I will only trust the Elementor "official" list
https://docs.elementor.com/article/78-themes

Which includes both Layers and Hello for hyperfast sites, and also the classic GEneratepress, Astra, OceanWP, Hestia and Schema as @blacktrilby suggested.

Although I agree that Rehub is pretty straight forward and helps a lot on building a site not from scratch because there is a lot of templating already done. For PBN I love to use this type of themes because they splash a perfect designed site in a matter of seconds: but be aware: don't try to do fancy things or you will spend hours if not days solving all the incompatibilities around.

I recently bought a new theme in ThemeForest for one of my forums (OneCommunity, theoretically "Elementor compatible") and I want to cry everyday :p.

I'm using Newspaper theme by TagDiv for ~3 years now. It's the best in case of speed, plugin compatibility, etc.
