semrush hands down cause it's cheap (you can buy accs from blackhatworld) and it's as good as ahrefs imo

Right now I have outsourced my SEO services. However, I'd like to track rankings myself.
Ahrefs and SEMrush seem too expensive for using such a little portion of it.
