Best Aircard?

Without using proxies, it seems that the easiest way to refresh an IP address is to use an aircard, correct? So, in your experience, what is the best aircard & service.

I bought one one of the new 3G AT&T USB cards but am taking it back because it is a POS.

I use verizon with their Kyocera express card. It works great in NYC. I suggest to do some research on the coverage area since every provider tend to be better than the other in certain places in the US.
