As far as I know, there's really no AI video creation service that is completely free without a watermark.
If you want free video creation, there are lots of tools for that, but there is a watermark.
Your best bet would be to just use free AI images.
There are many platforms that don't put a watermark on their output.
Then use a tool like OpenShot to sequence the images along with an audio track that you can get from a free text-to-speech platform and then add a soundtrack from places like Suno or Odio.

As of today, the leader in AI video creation is Runway with its Gen-2 tool. Additionally, there are worthy competitors in the market such as Haiper. There's also another dark horse, the Chinese VIDU. Without a subscription payment, you can't even try this tool. If you have a strong graphics card, you can try Stable Video Diffusion. I personally use it.
But still, none of these are quite there. Hopefully, Sora from OpenAI will revolutionize this field. So, let's wait and see!
