Hello guys,

I'm a dropshipper but due to the latest tariffs i want to switch into a marketing agency model, I want to focus on roofing/construction companies in the US.

If anybody has a video on setting up agencys (Im thinking about CRM, Contracts, automations, followup mails etc,.) would highly appreciate it if you guys would share.

In any case i would also appreciate if you guys have tips and tricks that would help me with this model (Hiring strategies, marketing strategies, client accquistion) even within the same niches.

Thanks in advance

Would like to know more too.

Here's a short bump.

Start with a solid crm, set up clear contracts, and focus on cold outreach + local seo

i get the strategy, but i need the tactics. which crm set-up is best, i already have contracts ready. and for outreach i might hire on a commision basis.

try creating a targeted list of roofing and construction companies and personalize your emails, Sharing valuable content can help establish you as an expert in your field. Joining online forums to network with potential clients. Maybe someone els has more to add....

You can use GoHighLevel for CRM and automation.
Get a contract on PandaDoc and adapt it.
Focus on outreach on Yelp + email with video.
Hire a freelancer on Upwork only when you close a client.

These are some points to be studied if it fits your objective.

It seems like you guys didnt understand my thread. I am asking for step by step set-ups, i dont need just general advice, i need videos, how-tos, etc,.

Have you tried with our friend GPT or with YouTube? I believe there must be some content.

Check out Dan Hawkins’ Agency Accelerator video and HubSpot Academy’s free Agency Growth certification. Use Pipedrive for CRM and ActiveCampaign for automations/follow-ups; leverage Bonsai or HoneyBook contract templates. For client acquisition, combine LinkedIn Sales Navigator cold outreach, local Google Ads, and a referral program. For hiring, vet freelancers on Upwork with small test projects.

I actually used GPT for the contracts, but idk about youtube, half the videos are 10 mins long and dont really go into depth.

Smart move! Check out videos by Jordan Platten or Iman Gadzhi on YouTube—they cover CRM, contracts, automations, and more. Focus on local SEO, referrals, and case studies for client acquisition.

Not sure if this is AI generated or you're really just this corny.
