As the title says

Looking for certain affiliate products that do allow PPC advertising (i found this to be the easiest way to make $)
e.g. courses or online stuff.

Any ad network would do the job, however they're all good and bad at the same time. Your results are mostly up to you and your compatibility with the platform.

Affiliate marketing certainly can bring it quick but if you do you’re getting traffic and not capturing those leads then you’re missing the long term building

Try to find an affiliate program instead of finding it through an affiliate network, they usually all allow ads.
