Best affiliates plugin for WP E-Commerce ???

So my wordpress site is running WP e-commerce and were currently working on our affiliates program, I want to know your thoughts on the best plugin to use ?

I like the look of magic affiliate but have read people saying they have sales tracking issues and also is this the best value for money / whats your experience ? I have seen the free plugin on the wordpress site but this seems a little aged with not many options etc, all advice appreciated ! cheers.

Why not try Woo commerce. Its popular and easy to use.

there are certain functionality our business depends on that wp e-commerce has that woo, jigo and estore do not unfortunatley

I can guarantee that Woocommerce has the same functionality you're looking for with custom plugins. You can pretty much do anything you'd like with woo, check out there website and see the add on's they offer.
