best affiliate system for email marketing

Hi,
I've got a huge email db (around 10,000,000) related to forex/binary/gambling and betting and i would like to know what is the best way to use it to make money...
Im looking for a good affiliate program, can be not related to this niches, that allows me to use email marketing (if they provide the materials its even better) and not website affiliation.
