I have a question. I just started a website which will have my own store's banner highly visible throughout the pages. I want to put other stores on the site too and would like to know what the best affiliate programs are for shopping. So far, I have linkshare and Commission Junction. I hate Amazon, so they are out. Any other sites that I should sign up at? Thanks!

Clickbank is a good one. Are you in the US? There's a network called AffiliateWindow which has just opened in the US, I use the UK version and that has hundreds of stores on it. I'm not sure if the signup fee for them stills exists though.

If you have some initial money to setup affiliate store(s) of your own, I would recommend you to go for datafeedr. I am not promoting them. Datafeedr is a system which enables you to create & embed an affiliate store into your WordPress blog WITHOUT touching any clunky datafeed files, learning a programming language or hiring expensive programmers.

clickbank is good option but some are also good check this
Plimus

Markethealth

Linkshare

Commission Junction (Easy to get accepted, commissions rates vary wildly, some are good, others are terrible. The interface is a little tricky, but easy when you get the hang of it. Offers a wide variety of offers, some are really well known. Offers product feeds. )

Thank you everyone for your replies. So far I have linkshare, CJ, flexoffers, and Google affiliates. I will look at the ones posted here too. Thanks given to all who replied.

Click bank is the best option for you. you can also check Amazon and Commission junction.

If you want to sell hard products then CJ, sharesale, Amazon.
if digetal then CB, also Sharesale.
