Best affiliate program with gateway allowing TV sites?

Well they've had some major technical issues over the last few days, which they claim to have resolved, but many of my users are still experiencing them. The thing is, when they've had these issues, although we get no commission and the gateway doesn't load, users are still redirected to another Leadbolt offer, which they can earn from...
I'm still waiting for Leadbolt to comment on this, since they have a rep on this forum.

I'm pretty sure if you check the T&Cs of any incentive network none of them actually "allow" TV sites, however, a few of them will look the other way.
This is a bit off topic, or at least - it doesn't answer your question, but I'd just like to point out if you ever hit large revenues, be weary, as if they know you're running TV sites, they can boot your ass claiming that you violated the T&Cs.
Can, not will, but something to bear in mind.

To be honest, once I get larger traffic I will split my ads between different networks using my own CL probably, but for now I just want to stick with one.DollaradeJake
